Remote VILT Learning IS A Safe And Successful Alternative…
Sadly, COVID-19 prevented a visit to Warton Aerodrome (UK) to deliver ‘Apron Health & Safety and Aircraft Marshaller’ refresher training to the Corporate Air Travel team. So MS Teams was used instead to deliver a 1-day virtual instructor-led training (VILT) course.
None of the delegates were familiar with Teams so a short induction was provided before learning took place. Use of videos and photographs ensured engagement and the scanning of a QR code to access the end of course exam was really well received, with test results, feedback and a unique certificate provided within minutes of successful completion! Well done, chaps! Hope to work with you again!
